MongoDB 4.2 Performance Improvements
MongoDB v4.2, released last month, is not all just about support for Sharded Transactions. There are lots of new features available, and there are also some very interesting performance improvements. Some of the most significant of these have also been backported to MongoDB v4.0 and v3.6, they’re that good.
