EOL Watch: MongoDB 3.6
It’s official. MongoDB 3.6 Enterprise will reach end of service life on 30 April. That gives customers less than three months to upgrade to v4.0 or later.
On MongoDB Atlas, the ability to create Clusters running MongoDB 3.6 will be removed sometime this month (February).
It’s a bit of a milestone for the Mongo Silverback, who saw the release of v3.6 in his very first week after joining MongoDB in 2017.
